Mulberry time!!
Early June means it's time to start picking the mulberries!
and make jam...
The girls like listening for the "pop" of the canning jar lids after they have been processed.
and there it is!
Molly even helps herself to some mulberries...

Roaming Chickens
The chickens have been exploring a little bit further each day.
They've discovered the orchard.
Their favorite hangout is under one of the mulberry trees. They like the shade...to take dust baths...and to eat the fallen mulberries.
