1 c. crushed peppermint candy canes
2 pounds white chocolate
peppermint flavoring
- Melt chocolate in double boiler
- Combine cane pieces and flavoring to melted chocolate
- Pour onto cookie sheet that is covered with parchment or wax paper
- Put in refrigerator 45 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces, whatever size desired.
- Put pieces in jar or cellophane bag tied with ribbon.
