Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 ½ cup vegetable oil
3 cups grated zucchini
¾ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350º F and grease and flour 9X13 pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil.
Fold in nuts and zucchini.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
