Lea & Perrins Steak Marinade

½ c. Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tbs olive or vegetable oil

3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar

¼ tsp salt

(optional: garlic or garlic powder)

Combine ingredients and use to marinate steaks for 30 minutes before grilling.
