Hummus

1 can garbanzo beans
1 ½ Tbs Tahini
3-5 Tbs lemon juice
¼ c. reserved liquid from garbanzo beans
2 cloves garlic, crushed (and roasted)
½ tsp salt
2 Tbs olive oil

mix all in food processor.

Additional items depending on taste:

sundried tomatoes
roasted red peppers
cayenne
red pepper flakes
jalapenos
cumin
